Why we publish this openly

What this means in practice

Kentucky Restoration Pros is not a restoration contractor and does not perform, direct, or supervise any work on your property. The providers in our network are separate, independently owned businesses. When you call, your request is passed to a provider who works in your area, and everything after that point, including the estimate, the schedule, the crew, and any warranty, is between you and that provider.

Because the providers are independent, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time, a specific price, or a specific outcome. Response windows vary with weather and with how many other calls are in progress at the same time. A storm that affects a wide area of Kentucky can put every available crew on the road at once, which lengthens wait times for everyone.

We also cannot guarantee any particular license, certification, or insurance status, and we do not screen providers on your behalf in a way that transfers that duty away from you. Before work begins, ask for the contractor's license number if the work requires one, ask for a certificate of insurance, get the scope of work and cost in writing, and confirm who is responsible for permits and disposal. Those questions are normal, and any reputable provider expects them.
